Introspection

A short film about the last 5 minutes before your alarm goes off
This one-woman short film explores the concept of dreams—their meaning, their fleeting nature, and whether they actually predict our reality. It all started with my obsession over memorizing every detail of my dreams, convinced that they were telling me something about my future. But the truth is, that's not possible. Dreams are fragments, fleeting memories pieced together by our subconscious desires. All they really reveal is more about ourselves—our fears, desires, guilt, and so on—if we take the time to process them. But even then, like this video, they never truly make sense.
In reality, I'm just fascinated by the idea of dreams and wanted to explore it further. Over the years, I've made several projects visualizing what a "dream" or "fantasy world" might look like. But I've come to realize that this interpretation is different for everyone. The one thing we all share, though, is that indescribable feeling during the last five minutes before we wake up. It's impossible to fully capture, but here’s my attempt.
